You will also adeptly resolve customer complaints, particularly regarding pricing or product availability, and collaborate closely with our Customer Service team on matters like returns, reorders, and credit issues. When complex situations arise, like overriding product pricing or navigating product shortages, you will consult directly with managers to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
