You will guide e-commerce clients through their entire journey with weclapp, staying close enough to the technical side to write your own scripts while collaborating smoothly with our core developers for bigger challenges. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity allowing you to work from anywhere on the planet.

Overview

As part of our consulting group, you will actively shape how e-commerce brands utilize weclapp. We reject the traditional approach of blindly passing requirements down the line. Instead, we solve problems together using modern tools, AI-assisted workflows, and deep technical expertise. You will have the autonomy to build solutions, configure systems, and directly impact our clients' daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through every phase of the weclapp lifecycle, covering initial onboarding, full implementation, and ongoing technical support.
Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, maintaining clean documentation before handing items over to development.
Configure weclapp environments specifically tailored to modern e-commerce processes and unique client specifications.
Build light automations independently using tools like n8n, custom API calls, data mappings, and smooth data imports.
Partner closely with our development squad to bring custom SaaS plugins and robust integrations to life.
Lead engaging onboarding sessions and training workshops for our diverse client base.

Requirements

We value practical problem-solving skills and a genuine enthusiasm for tech. You should bring proven experience with ERP systems, ideally weclapp, alongside a solid grasp of APIs, data structures, and basic automation tools like n8n. Strong communication skills in German and English are essential since you will be guiding clients directly. A proactive mindset and comfort with AI-supported workflows will help you thrive in this role from day one.
