As a Technical Support Engineer focused on our cloud infrastructure, you will stand at the front lines of cybersecurity innovation. You will dive deep into advanced cloud environments and help global enterprises navigate complex technical challenges. This is not your average help desk job. You will use cutting edge tools and an AI first mindset to accelerate troubleshooting, uncover hidden insights, and deliver world class support to organizations that rely on us every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues related to our cloud native security platform.
Partner closely with engineering and product teams to escalate and fast track software bugs or systemic platform issues.
Analyze massive datasets and event streams to diagnose intermittent or low level cloud performance anomalies.
Communicate clearly and effectively with enterprise customers to guide them through mitigation steps and best practices.
Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting recurring patterns, troubleshooting playbooks, and new solutions.

Requirements

Proven background in technical support, systems administration, or cloud engineering within enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with networking concepts, Linux and Windows operating systems, and distributed system architectures.
A customer first mentality paired with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
