Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software installations and technical integrations of our medical imaging AI at customer sites across Europe.
- Gather customer requirements carefully and ensure every deployment goes smoothly from start to finish.
- Provide expert technical support so healthcare providers can extract maximum value from our clinical AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal development teams to continuously improve our deployment processes and everyday workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with stellar communication skills for interacting with international clients.
- Solid background in technical support, software deployment, or systems integration within a healthcare or tech environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting complex technical issues under pressure.
