You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical needs, craft compelling job posts, source top tier talent across multiple platforms, and guide candidates all the way to an offer letter. Your focus will be on speed, quality, and finding that perfect cultural and technical fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with hiring managers to forecast future openings and map out precise technical requirements
- Crafting clear and engaging job descriptions and publishing them across platforms like Breezy HR
- Sourcing active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other specialized talent pools
- Screening applicants thoroughly to evaluate their technical competency and alignment with job specs
- Coordinating and scheduling phone, video, or in-person interviews with hiring stakeholders
- Conducting reliable background checks and professional reference checks to ensure quality hires
- Managing the final stages of the hiring process including presenting offers and closing candidates
Requirements
- Solid working knowledge of current technologies, technical roles, and essential IT skill sets
- Proven experience navigating the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems and professional sourcing networks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and managers alike
