We want to be the top human risk management provider in Europe by helping organizations change behavior through engaging cybersecurity and data protection training. Platform work here carries massive leverage. When we run a successful migration, it touches a dozen services simultaneously. When we adopt a shared library, engineering teams never have to solve the same problem twice. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to embed directly into one of our platform teams and bring clarity to complex technical initiatives. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity allowing you to collaborate with talented professionals from anywhere on the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads to drive the when and how of our technical roadmap.
Sequence complex engineering work and surface potential risks long before they impact delivery.
Hold cross-team commitments together and ensure accountability across multiple stakeholder groups.
Manage dependencies and coordinate execution so platform updates land cleanly across the entire organization.
Streamline communication channels between technical and non-technical teams to keep everyone aligned on goals.

Requirements

Proven experience driving complex technical programs within fast-paced software development environments.
Strong grasp of modern engineering practices, platform architecture, and software migration lifecycles.
Exceptional organizational skills with a natural ability to anticipate roadblocks and resolve dependencies proactively.
Outstanding communication skills with the capacity to bridge gaps between developers and leadership.
