Key Responsibilities

Drive high impact technical programs spanning multiple infrastructure teams and business units.
Partner closely with engineering leaders to define roadmaps and execute critical milestones.
Identify bottlenecks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and mitigate risks proactively.
Streamline developer workflows to make building on Stripe faster and safer.
Communicate program health, updates, and strategic pivots to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

Proven experience driving large scale technical infrastructure programs in fast-paced environments.
Strong background in software engineering or systems architecture.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for continuous improvement.
