Drive the end-to-end execution and delivery of complex software programs across three cross-functional development teams.
Serve as the primary communication link between technical squads, product leaders, and external stakeholders.

Balance competing priorities, timelines, and resource constraints with a calm and structured approach.
Monitor program health metrics and report progress transparently to leadership.

Requirements
