Key Responsibilities

As our Technical Program Manager, you will be a central figure in bringing our innovative solutions to life. Your day to day will involve a variety of critical activities, ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Expect to lead on several fronts, including these important areas:

Strategic Planning and Execution: Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, then lead the planning and execution phases for our AI control system deployments.
Cross Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, research, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address obstacles to keep projects on track.
Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and refine our program management processes, tools, and best practices to boost efficiency and collaboration within our distributed team.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular, transparent updates on project status, progress, and challenges to internal teams and external partners.
Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between technical teams and non technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Launch Management: Coordinate successful product releases and feature rollouts, ensuring all necessary preparations and post launch activities are well managed.

Requirements
