As our Technical Product Manager for AI Investing, you will sit at the heart of this exciting expansion. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will define and drive the product strategy for our AI-powered investment offerings, bringing sophisticated financial tools to a broad audience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI investing features, aligning them with Bjak's overall mission and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with a diverse team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and other product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly investment products.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities within the AI investing landscape.
Translate high-level product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and understanding across all teams.
Prioritize product backlog and manage the development lifecycle from concept to launch, iterating quickly based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize user engagement and financial outcomes.
Act as the voice of the customer within the engineering team, advocating for optimal user experience and ensuring technical solutions meet genuine user needs.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in AI, machine learning, and financial markets, to inform product innovation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally within FinTech, AI/ML products, or investment platforms.
A strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and their application in real-world products.
Demonstrable experience working effectively with engineering and data science teams, translating technical complexities into business value.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
A genuine passion for financial markets, investing, and empowering individuals with intelligent financial tools.
Comfortable and highly effective working in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
