Key Responsibilities

Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Define and champion the product roadmap for our AI investing features and services, aligning with KIRA's overall mission and business objectives.
Technical Acumen and Execution: Work closely with engineering, data science, and AI teams to translate complex user needs and business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories. You will ensure the technical feasibility and successful delivery of AI-powered features.
User-Centric Design and Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities. You will advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
AI/ML Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into the investing app, from concept to deployment. You will ensure these technologies deliver real value and a superior user experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, design, engineering, and data teams. You will ensure seamless communication and alignment across all departments.
Performance Analysis: Define key metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate on features based on data-driven insights. You will ensure our AI investing solutions are continuously optimized for impact and user engagement.
Compliance and Risk Management: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all AI investing products adhere to relevant financial regulations and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

Proven Product Management Experience: You should have at least 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically working on complex software products, ideally within fintech or an AI-driven environment.
Technical Background: A solid understanding of software development lifecycle, API integrations, and data architecture is essential. Prior experience working with AI/ML development teams and understanding of AI model deployment is highly preferred.
AI/ML Familiarity: Demonstrate a strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts, their applications, and limitations. You understand how AI can be leveraged to create intelligent financial products.
Fintech Passion: A genuine interest in financial markets, investment products, and a desire to make personal finance more accessible and intelligent for users.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You possess exceptional analytical abilities to dissect complex problems and develop innovative, data-backed solutions.
Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to articulate product vision, technical details, and strategy to diverse audiences. You can lead without direct authority and inspire cross-functional teams.
