Overview of the Role

As our Technical Product Lead for the AI Neobank, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and launching the next generation of financial products within our superapp ecosystem. You will be instrumental in integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth management, and trading. This role demands a unique blend of deep technical understanding, strategic product vision, and a relentless focus on user experience. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that set new industry benchmarks for convenience, intelligence, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key features within Bjak’s AI Neobank Superapp, focusing on leveraging AI and machine learning for enhanced user value.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and research to development, launch, and iteration, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining a strong technical understanding to facilitate efficient engineering execution.
Work collaboratively with engineering teams to guide product development, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, continually analyzing data to drive product improvements and growth.
Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and user-centric design across cross-functional teams.
Communicate product updates, strategies, and performance effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

Proven track record of success as a Product Lead or Senior Product Manager, with significant experience in developing and launching AI/ML powered products in the fintech or banking sector.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex system architectures and engage effectively with engineering teams on technical details.
Demonstrated ability to define product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements, and to lead teams through the entire product development lifecycle.
Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, or trading.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
A customer-centric mindset, driven by a passion for solving real-world problems and creating intuitive, impactful user experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed work environment.
