Key Responsibilities

As our Technical Product Lead for the AI Neobank, you will be at the core of our innovation engine. Your strategic vision and execution will drive the development of groundbreaking features, ensuring a seamless, intelligent user experience.

Your daily efforts will include:

Defining and owning the product roadmap for critical components of our AI Neobank Superapp, aligning it with Bjak's overarching strategic goals.
Translating complex technical requirements and AI capabilities into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
Collaborating closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery from concept to launch.
Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis, identifying emerging trends and user needs to inform product development.
Championing a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics and user feedback to iterate on features and optimize performance.
Ensuring the integration of robust AI and machine learning models throughout the Neobank's offerings, enhancing personalization and efficiency.
Acting as a subject matter expert for your product areas, communicating updates and insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

We are searching for an exceptional individual who is ready to make a significant impact. We're looking for someone who brings:

A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a strong focus on technical products within the fintech or financial services sector.
Demonstrable experience building and scaling consumer-facing applications, ideally superapps or complex platform ecosystems.
A profound understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in product development, including experience working with data science teams.
Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and successful execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for user experience design.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
