Key Responsibilities

Define and champion the product vision and strategy for our AI Investing Superapp, aligning it with KIRA's broader mission and market opportunities.
Translate complex user needs, market trends, and AI capabilities into a clear, actionable product roadmap and detailed feature specifications.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market launch.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to inform product decisions and identify new growth avenues.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, iterating rapidly based on data and user feedback.
Act as a subject matter expert on AI and investment principles, bridging the gap between technical possibilities and customer value.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Lead or Senior Product Manager, specifically within the fintech or AI product space.
A deep understanding of investment products, market dynamics, and a strong passion for personal finance.
Demonstrated experience applying AI or machine learning technologies to solve real user problems in consumer applications.
Exceptional ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast paced, agile, and fully remote environment.
