Key Responsibilities: Driving Operational Excellence

As our Technical Facility Manager, you will be at the forefront of maintaining the highest standards across our facilities. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Maintenance Management: Coordinate and supervise all aspects of building systems and infrastructure maintenance, including preventive and corrective activities, to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Asset Optimization: Guarantee the optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, and civil assets within the facility, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Contractor Oversight: Monitor and manage contractors and service providers rigorously, ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards, as well as service level agreements (SLAs).
Facility Inspections: Conduct routine and thorough facility inspections, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Safety: Uphold and enforce all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and statutory regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant operational environment.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, maintenance reports, and budget documentation. Maintain accurate maintenance records and meticulous asset documentation.
Strategic Support: Actively support the implementation of best practices in facility and asset management, contributing to the group's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications: What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess a blend of strong academic credentials, extensive experience, and critical technical skills:

Education: A First Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related Engineering discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in technical facility management, building maintenance, or engineering operations.
Technical Acumen: Profound knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and extensive facility infrastructure. Experience in lift/elevator management will be considered a distinct advantage.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.
Leadership & Communication: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to effectively interact with various teams and external partners.
Software Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility maintenance reporting tools.
