Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Ramp customers, guiding them through the integration and optimization of Workday Financials with Ramp's platform.
Collaborate closely with customer finance and IT teams to understand their unique business requirements, translating them into robust technical specifications and configurations within Workday.
Design, configure, and implement Workday Financials modules, ensuring seamless alignment with Ramp's offerings and the customer's existing financial ecosystem.
Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, data migration strategies, integration methodologies, and system enhancements.
Act as a crucial liaison between our customers and Ramp's internal product and engineering teams, relaying feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Workday Financials, offering timely and effective resolutions.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions and documentation to empower customers in leveraging Workday Financials effectively.
Stay abreast of Workday releases, new features, and industry trends to continuously provide cutting-edge advice and solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role with a strong focus on Workday Financials implementations and optimizations.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of various Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Expenses.
Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot Workday integrations using various tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting relationships with diverse customer stakeholders and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs and technical challenges.
Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal.
