- Assist in reviewing contractor/vendor technical submissions, proposals, and variation requests.
- Provide research and technical input on power distribution infrastructure, prepayment/maximum demand metering, and related engineering solutions.
- Coordinate and follow up on action points arising from project meetings chaired by the MD (Projects).
- Schedule and organize project review meetings, site inspections, and technical presentations, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Serve as liaison between the Managing Partner and project managers, site engineers, procurement, and other departments.
- Track correspondence, approvals, and documentation relating to ongoing projects, ensuring seamless operations in the Managing Partner's office.
- Prepare presentations, status reports, and dashboards summarizing project performance for management and client meetings.
- Maintain an organized filing system (physical and electronic) for project files, contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
- Compile weekly/monthly project status reports and escalate risks, delays, or issues requiring the Managing Partner's attention.

- Sound understanding of electrical engineering and power distribution infrastructure concepts.
- Strong technical writing and report-preparation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
