We empower organizations to run AI across multi-vendor environments with centralized governance. In this remote position focusing on the French market, you will manage a small, highly strategic portfolio of about three clients. Your mission is to ensure their long-term success by blending deep technical know-how with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with a select group of strategic clients to drive adoption and maximize the business value of the Dataiku platform.
Navigate seamlessly between speaking tech strategy with a Chief Technology Officer and troubleshooting configurations on the command line with system administrators.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to address customer needs proactively and turn challenging situations into success stories.
Act as the primary technical advocate for your clients, guiding them through architecture design, data pipelines, and governance best practices.

Requirements

Extensive experience working as a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing technical role.
Strong background in enterprise software, data science, machine learning, or cloud infrastructure environments.
Fluency in French and English, paired with stellar communication skills that resonate both in the boardroom and the server room.
A resilient mindset with the ability to think quickly on your feet and remain positive when tackling complex technical hurdles.
