This remote, worldwide opportunity sits right at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement. You will manage a defined book of business, driving long term growth, high adoption rates, and measurable business outcomes while utilizing AI tools as your daily multiplier.

Key Responsibilities

Own day to day execution and relationship management for a defined book of accounts.
Blend strong relationship management with a growing technical understanding of the ClickUp platform.
Leverage AI tools daily for account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow through, and customer enablement.
Collaborate closely with senior technical account managers and cross functional partners to ensure client success.
Guide clients toward optimal platform adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience in account management, customer success, or technical implementation roles.
Strong problem solving abilities and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
High AI fluency with a willingness to leverage AI tools daily across all job functions.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Comfort working in a fast paced, fully remote, and globally distributed environment.
