Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Product Manager at Bjak, you will hold comprehensive ownership of a product vertical within our burgeoning Neobank Superapp. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining Product Vision and Strategy: Shape and articulate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your specific product vertical, aligning it with Bjak's overarching mission to empower financial well-being across Southeast Asia.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Guide your product from ideation and discovery through to design, development, launch, and post-launch iteration. This includes everything from detailed requirements gathering to go-to-market planning.
- Technical Depth and Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, translating business needs into detailed technical specifications, API requirements, and user stories. Participate in architectural discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
- User-Centric Design and Research: Champion user empathy by conducting thorough market research, competitive analysis, and engaging directly with users to uncover pain points and unmet needs. Ensure product solutions are intuitive and delightful.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Legal, ensuring everyone is aligned on product goals and execution.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance, and leverage data-driven insights to inform future product enhancements and strategic pivots.
