Overview

micro1 is seeking an exceptional Talent Operations Manager to join our fast-paced, fully remote team. This is a critical full time role, open to candidates anywhere in the world, focused on scaling the human data engine that underpins frontier AI systems. You will champion onboarding, talent activation, and client success across high velocity AI training deployments. Your work will directly connect data, skilled operators, and vital enterprise delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Directing large scale cohort onboarding processes, ensuring they are swift, clear, and exceptionally well organized.
Activating and expertly managing distributed talent pools, essential for powering our AI training and data operations.
Cultivating and maintaining strong, high trust relationships with our enterprise clients.
Proactively identifying and resolving potential blockers with speed and precision before they impact operations.
