Overview

As the Talent Acquisition Supervisor for North America and LATAM, you will drive operational excellence throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will act as the glue connecting Talent Attraction Partners, hiring managers, HR services, and external vendors. By focusing on process standardization and service quality, you ensure every future team member starts their journey on the right foot.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated team of Talent Attraction Coordinators supporting North America and LATAM.
Drive operational excellence and ensure top-tier service delivery across the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR services to guarantee a seamless candidate and onboarding experience.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline hiring workflows and elevate service quality.
Manage vendor relationships and track key performance metrics to foster accountability and success.

Requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or human resources operations.
Deep familiarity with North American and LATAM hiring landscapes, practices, and compliance standards.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones.
A proactive mindset focused on process improvement, problem-solving, and operational efficiency.
Fluency in English is required, and professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
