This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where your main mission is to secure the top one percent of talent for our marketing, operations, and legal teams. You will own the entire lifecycle of hiring, moving fast to lock in exceptional people before anyone else even notices they are looking.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates across unconventional channels like Twitter, Discord, and GitHub rather than just waiting for inbound applications.
Conduct rigorous initial screenings to evaluate technical Web3 literacy, cultural alignment, and that special drive we call the eye.
Manage the candidate pipeline with incredible speed because the best professionals vanish from the market in days.
Negotiate competitive offers while clearly communicating our high-performance culture and unique Web3 compensation packages.

Requirements

You should have proven experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, ideally within fast-paced tech or Web3 environments. Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish are required to connect with top-tier candidates.
