Are you passionate about the planet and digital inclusion? TerraByte Green, a non-profit startup based in North Carolina, is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our mission. We believe in responsible e-waste management and refurbishing technology to bridge the digital divide. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, though candidates based in North Carolina are preferred if local to our operating area. You will partner directly with our Founder and CEO and collaborate closely with our Social Media Content Intern to shape our recruiting operations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Master and manage Dover to publish open internship and volunteer roles.
- Partner with the Social Media Content Intern to share opportunities across social channels.
- Review incoming applications and handle candidate communication with care.
- Iterate on job descriptions and recruiting materials to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews smoothly.
Requirements
- A strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or non-profit operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Alignment with our core mission of environmental sustainability and digital equity.
