Key Responsibilities

Provide top-notch assistance to clients through phone, chat, and support tickets, always aiming for fast and high-quality solutions.
Log, categorize, and track support requests carefully to ensure they land in the right hands and meet strict deadlines.
Deliver hands-on technical and functional guidance focused specifically on public accounting routines.
Spot, analyze, and resolve software incidents while showing users the best ways to get things done in the system.
Help out with basic system setups based on daily operational needs.
Write clear notes on every ticket and solution to grow the shared knowledge base.
Team up with other departments whenever trickier problems pop up.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or holding a completed college degree in Administration, Accounting, Technology, or a related field.
A genuine passion for client service and problem solving.
Familiarity or willingness to dive deep into public accounting routines and software systems.
Strong communication skills in Portuguese to connect smoothly with our client base.
