Key Responsibilities

Drive daily production operations and monitor enterprise environments to proactively catch and resolve issues.
Partner with software engineers and customer stakeholders to troubleshoot operational roadblocks and streamline releases.
Support software deployments, testing phases, and implementation activities across the board.
Maintain rigorous configuration management standards and keep system documentation up to date.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
At least five years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT systems and production environments.
Demonstrated background in software implementation activities and system administration.
Strong technical familiarity with IBM z/OS, JCL, Oracle, Cognos, Broadcom Endevor, and configuration management best practices.
Bonus points if you bring working knowledge of COBOL, IDMS, enterprise financial systems, ERP, or payroll applications.
