Key Responsibilities

Set the overarching product vision and strategic direction for Toptal's entire suite of products and platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Spearhead the execution of ambitious product roadmaps, from conception through launch and iteration.
Serve as Toptal's foremost authority on how artificial intelligence will revolutionize our products and platforms. For us, AI isn't merely a feature; it is the fundamental blueprint for our innovation.
Demonstrate profound expertise in advanced AI concepts, including fine-tuning and post-training methodologies, sophisticated agent design and evaluation frameworks, and the intricate economics involved in operating AI models at scale.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, working closely with leaders in Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, New Businesses, Professional Services, and Customer functions.
Mentor and develop a high-performing product organization, empowering teams to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Define and monitor key product metrics to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

Extensive executive-level product leadership experience, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
A proven track record of defining and executing transformative product strategies that drive significant business impact.
Unparalleled depth of knowledge in artificial intelligence, encompassing practical experience with fine-tuning, post-training, agent design, evaluation, and a keen understanding of the economic realities of deploying and scaling AI models.
Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and scale global, remote product teams.
