Your Role in Creating a Greener Future

As a Sustainability Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our environmental and social governance (ESG) efforts. You will bridge the gap between our high-level sustainability strategy and day-to-day operations at the plant and regional levels. This is a hands-on role for a professional who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

Sustainability Mainstreaming: Internalize and implement sustainability strategies across all regional operations.
ESG Reporting & Data Tracking: Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly ESG reports, ensuring absolute data accuracy for audits.
Community Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for local communities, NGOs, and regulators to foster sustainable development.
Environmental Audits: Perform regular physical assessments of units regarding waste management, water and energy usage, and labor practices.
Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to international and local frameworks, including ISO 14001 and NESREA.
Capacity Building: Develop training programs to embed a culture of sustainability across internal departments like Finance, Operations, and OHS.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who balances analytical rigor with a genuine passion for climate action and community development. To qualify, you should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in implementing sustainability and CSR initiatives.
Proven technical expertise in GHG accounting and sustainability reporting.
Strong analytical capabilities and a track record of data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with global sustainability standards and environmental regulations.
