Overview

Ajax Systems is Europe's largest developer and manufacturer of security systems with integrated smart home capabilities. With over 5,000 employees globally and protecting 4 million users, our dynamic environment demands continuous improvement and robust internal support. This fully remote position offers you the chance to become an integral part of our IT operations team, supporting our proprietary ERP and WMS systems. While this specific remote role aligns with Vietnam's time zone (which is approximately 03:00/04:00 AM to 12:00/13:00 PM Kyiv time during winter/summer, with a trial period from 06:00 AM to 15:00 PM Kyiv time), we welcome applications from talented professionals worldwide. For those working standard Kyiv hours, we also provide office-based opportunities in one of our locations, but this particular role is designed for remote work with the specified schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide essential support to users of our internally developed ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Efficiently process and resolve requests submitted through our internal IT portal.
Offer hands-on assistance with system configurations and settings to optimize user experience.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Assist with the installation and setup of system components and updates as needed.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a support role, particularly with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively assist diverse users.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to learning new systems and adapting to evolving technologies.
Comfortable working remotely and adhering to the specified Vietnam time zone schedule.
