We're well-known for our self-adhesive UV Gel Nail Strips technology, delivering salon-quality results conveniently at home, and our Soft Gel Press-On Nails represent a powerful second product line in the market. Our products are proudly stocked nationwide by major retailers like dm, dm Österreich, Rossmann, and budni, with our retail business continuing its impressive expansion. What started as a promising startup has blossomed into a thriving enterprise. As our Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of the entire operational procurement process, from initial order recommendations right through to successful goods receipt. Your work will directly influence the availability of our popular products in the biggest drugstore chains. Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete operational procurement cycle, starting with order recommendations and concluding with the final goods receipt.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our Asian suppliers, rigorously ensuring timely delivery and uncompromising product quality.
Optimize demand forecasting and inventory levels to meet sales targets and minimize stockouts, particularly for our retail partners.
Coordinate logistics, including shipping and customs processes, to ensure smooth and efficient transit of goods.
Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the supply chain.
Proactively identify and resolve any supply chain challenges or bottlenecks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our procurement processes and systems.

Requirements

A proven track record in supply chain management or procurement.
Fluency in German is essential, alongside very good English language skills for international communication.
Exceptional organizational abilities and an unwavering attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills with a knack for fostering positive supplier relationships.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of navigating complex logistical situations.
The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
Familiarity with international trade and customs procedures is a significant plus.
