Key Responsibilities

As our Supply Acquisition Coordinator for Mexico, you will be instrumental in expanding and nurturing our high-quality network of Interview Engineers. Your daily contributions will include a range of important tasks:

Actively source, engage, and recruit potential Interview Engineers across Mexico.
Manage and nurture a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Coordinate recruitment events and execute targeted outreach campaigns designed for the Mexican talent market.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine interviewer acquisition strategies and enhance our overall interviewer community.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities, pipeline health, and key metrics.
Foster strong, ongoing relationships with our Interview Engineers, ensuring their engagement, satisfaction, and continued partnership.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we are looking for a professional with:

Proven experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or a similar supply-side management role.
Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English, encompassing strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to connect effectively with diverse individuals.
