Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of official record keeping and accurate accounting across alternative investment vehicles. Your everyday priorities encompass the following areas.

Calculating and verifying Net Asset Values while keeping daily books fully reconciled
Pricing private equity and hedge fund holdings accurately using reliable external market data
Supervising and coaching junior accounting analysts through hands on reviews and training
Liaising between investment managers and internal departments to deliver thorough accounting packages
Guiding and supporting annual audit engagements in strict compliance with GAAP standards

Requirements

SEI is looking for a professional with a solid grasp of fund administration and a genuine passion for team leadership. Success in this seat typically requires a specific set of experiences.

Solid background in hedge fund or private equity accounting administration
Working knowledge of US GAAP standards alongside annual audit preparation workflows
Proven track record calculating NAVs and reconciling alternative investment portfolios
