Key Responsibilities

Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Stripe, drawing on your practical payment or financial operations experience.
Navigate a wide array of Stripe features, including those related to customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and transactions.
Execute common payment and billing workflows based on provided instructions.
Create and manage records within Stripe for customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, and other relevant items.
Record your screen diligently while completing assigned workflows, clearly demonstrating each step taken.
Develop realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on your completed workflows.
Document workflow steps thoroughly, explaining the Stripe tools, features, and actions utilized.
Review completed tasks for accuracy and completeness, ensuring high-quality data contribution.

Requirements

Proven, hands-on experience working extensively with Stripe.
Deep familiarity with core Stripe features, such as customer management, payment processing, invoicing, subscription handling, refunds, disputes, and transaction oversight.
Practical understanding of various payment and financial operations workflows.
Exceptional ability to follow instructions precisely and document processes with clarity.
Strong attention to detail, critical for ensuring accuracy and high-quality outputs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for documenting and explaining complex workflows.
Comfortable with screen recording technology and able to present clear, visual demonstrations.
