Overview
We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Program Manager to own the systems, tooling, and content that keep our product accurate, current, and trustworthy. The tax domain moves fast. Requirements shift constantly, complexity spans multiple jurisdictions, and the inputs our product handles come in every shape imaginable. Your mission is to bring order to all of it and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity allowing you to work from anywhere on the planet.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the recurring cycles that keep tax forms and content current for every filing season.
- Maintain clean, trustworthy analytics and project tracking systems across teams.
- Build lightweight processes where none exist and gracefully retire the ones that no longer serve us.
- Scale systems for robustness as our company grows rapidly.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex regulatory updates into actionable workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management, operations, or strategy roles within fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a obsessive attention to detail.
- A knack for building simple processes that scale without creating unnecessary bureaucratic bloat.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and domain-specific teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine excitement for early stage building.
