This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will collaborate directly with core teams on our most critical initiatives spanning engineering, product, talent acquisition, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with executive and core teams to scope, plan, and execute high-impact initiatives across product development and engineering.
Streamline operational workflows to ensure rapid scaling as we expand our financial services portfolio into spending, saving, and investing.
Drive strategic projects related to team growth, hiring efficiency, and organizational scaling.
Identify bottlenecks in current processes and implement data-driven solutions that remove friction and accelerate execution.
Manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, keeping stakeholders aligned and focused on user-centric outcomes.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a strategy, operations, or high-growth startup environment where you wore multiple hats.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a talent for turning ambiguous challenges into structured, actionable plans.
Strong quantitative skills with a habit of backing up strategic decisions with hard data.
A relentless drive to challenge the status quo and build products that serve the masses rather than an exclusive few.
Fluent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, globally distributed remote teams.
