Key Responsibilities

Drive complex enterprise software sales cycles from initial prospecting to closed won deals across the UK and Ireland region.
Build deep relationships with C level executives, IT leaders, and decision makers to position the value of enterprise Postgres.
Collaborate closely with technical pre sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately while maintaining transparent pipelines in our CRM.
Evangelize open source technology and help organizations innovate across transactional, analytical, and AI workloads.

Requirements

Proven track record of quota carrying software sales experience within enterprise accounts.
Deep understanding of the UK and Ireland enterprise market, particularly within finance, government, or technology sectors.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
Self motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
