About the Role: Store Executive, Nasarawa Toto
The Store Executive is a pivotal role within Sun King's operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the store, inventory, and repair processes. This position demands a blend of operational excellence, technical understanding, and exceptional customer service to meet both quality and quantity targets.
Key Responsibilities You'll Own:
- Inventory Management: You will be the guardian of the store's stock, responsible for receiving, tracking, and issuing inventory from the warehouse in strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards. This includes dispatching stocks, maintaining accurate stock cards, and diligently updating Goods Received and Goods Issued logs online. Regular daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes will fall under your purview, alongside managing spare parts inventory and re-orders. You will also oversee the reception of faulty stock from the field for consolidation and disposal.
- Reporting Excellence: Your analytical skills will be crucial in preparing daily on-hand stock reports for stakeholders and providing timely reports on issued-out stock for replacement or replenishment.
- Repair & Maintenance Support: You will play a vital role in the initial stages of the repair process, taking custody of repair tools, performing basic checks on faulty units, and conducting basic repairs on in-warranty returns.
- Efficient Store Management: Ensuring the store is impeccably maintained, tidy, and arranged according to SKU standards is key. You will uphold neatness at the repair workbench, strictly observe safety procedures, and warmly welcome walk-in customers, providing necessary assistance. Your expertise will be called upon to receive faulty components, identify technical issues, and verify warranty eligibility. Furthermore, you will assist Energy Officers and coordinate with the Call Center to resolve customer queries efficiently.

- A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a related operational or store management role.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, enabling seamless interaction with colleagues and customers.
- Knowledge of Sun King products (an added advantage, demonstrating your commitment to our mission).
- Demonstrated high levels of integrity, coupled with a proactive and positive attitude.
- A strong customer focus, always striving to provide exceptional service.
- A collaborative spirit, proving yourself as a flexible and reliable team player.
- Proven experience in report writing, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Good problem-solving skills, capable of addressing challenges efficiently.
- Computer literacy, with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Territory knowledge of Nasarawa State (an added advantage).
