Role Overview

As the Store Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in protecting company assets. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stock movements, storage practices, and documentation align with our internal policies. By conducting rigorous audits, you will help minimize losses, identify discrepancies, and ensure that our central operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Oversight: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts, reconciling physical assets against ERP system records.
Receiving & Issuance: Verify that incoming goods align with Purchase Orders and monitor outgoing stock to the Central Kitchen and retail outlets for strict compliance.
Loss Prevention: Act as a proactive guardian against pilferage and fraud by identifying root causes of inventory variances.
Standards Compliance: Ensure all storage conditions meet health and safety requirements, including the strict application of FIFO and FEFO methodologies.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive audit reports that provide actionable insights to management, helping to strengthen our internal control processes.

Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for a candidate who possesses a solid foundation in accounting or supply chain management, combined with a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in an internal audit or inventory control role, preferably within the QSR or retail sector. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with inventory management software.
