As our Regulatory Partnership Director, you will be pivotal in driving growth and expansion by cultivating robust relationships with state healthcare regulatory boards and agencies. This is a highly consultative role focused on long-term partnership development, requiring a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and a commitment to delivering solutions that truly address stakeholder needs. While your focus will be on US state government entities, Propelus embraces a fully remote, worldwide team culture, offering flexibility and collaboration across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, establish, and nurture trusting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within state healthcare regulatory boards and agencies across the United States.
Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to thoroughly understand stakeholder priorities, operational challenges, and strategic goals related to workforce compliance.
Collaborate closely with internal product and development teams to translate regulatory insights and partner needs into enhancements for the CE Broker solution.
Present and demonstrate the value proposition of Propelus and our CE Broker platform, customizing discussions to resonate with specific regulatory environments and challenges.
Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to drive the adoption and successful integration of Propelus solutions within state regulatory frameworks.
Serve as a credible and knowledgeable resource for state regulators, offering expert guidance on compliance management best practices and technological advancements.
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting healthcare workforce compliance, proactively communicating potential implications and opportunities to internal teams and external partners.
Represent Propelus at relevant industry conferences, workshops, and regulatory meetings to enhance visibility and expand our network.

Requirements

Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships, particularly within government, regulatory, or complex institutional environments.
Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and foster trust with senior-level stakeholders.
