Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of our Kubernetes clusters running on AWS EKS to guarantee top tier reliability, performance, and security.
Drive our infrastructure automation forward by writing clean and maintainable Infrastructure-as-Code.
Design and scale rock solid backend services that support high volume financial transactions and real time data feeds.
Partner closely with product and security teams to build resilient features that protect user funds and data.
Proactively identify bottlenecks in our cloud architecture and implement creative solutions before issues arise.

Requirements

Deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production environments using AWS EKS.
Strong background in Infrastructure-as-Code tooling and cloud automation.
Demonstrated history of building highly available, secure, and performant backend architectures at scale.
A self-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote global environment.
Passion for open markets, self-custody, or fintech innovation.
