Key Responsibilities

Serve as a hands-on technical leader, consistently writing high-quality production code.
Drive significant architectural decisions that scale our platform to meet growing demands.
Champion technical excellence, setting high standards for code quality, performance, and reliability.

Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps and deliver impactful features.

Requirements

Significant professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
Demonstrated experience as a Staff Software Engineer or in a similar senior leadership role.
Deep expertise in designing, building, and scaling complex distributed systems.
Proficiency in modern programming languages and web technologies (specifics if known would be here, otherwise assumed broad capability).
