In this role, you will own our platform organic discovery ecosystem. Traditional corporate SEO is not what we do here. Every client site runs independently with its own unique market authority and competitors. Beyond classic search engines, your mandate includes dominating AI search surfaces like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and scale platform level SEO strategies that automatically improve rankings across thousands of independent client websites simultaneously.
Lead product development for technical foundations, advanced schema implementations, page speed, and seamless content rendering.
Optimize user experiences that turn organic visitors into qualified real estate leads.
Build robust measurement and experimentation frameworks to test new optimization theories at scale.
Futureproof our platform against rapidly evolving AI search engines and answer engines.

Requirements

Extensive product management experience leading technical SEO or large scale web platform initiatives.
Deep understanding of modern search engine algorithms, crawling mechanics, site architecture, and rendering technologies.
Familiarity with emerging AI search landscapes and how generative engines surface content.
Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of running rigorous experiments to drive organic growth.
Exceptional cross functional leadership skills working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
