Strategic Vision: Develop and own the product vision and strategy for ChargePoint’s fleet software, aligning it with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
Customer Obsession: Deeply understand the evolving needs of fleet operators, logistics managers, and other stakeholders through research, interviews, and data analysis.
Roadmap Leadership: Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring a balance between short-term wins and long-term strategic goals for fleet solutions.
Execution Excellence: Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, impactful software features from concept to launch.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements in EV fleets and enterprise software, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement in fleet software.
Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively to internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
Problem Solving: Champion complex technical and business problems, translating them into clear product requirements and user stories.
Evangelism: Act as an internal and external advocate for ChargePoint’s fleet software solutions, supporting sales enablement and customer success initiatives.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will bring a combination of experience, passion, and specific skills:

8+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion focused on B2B SaaS solutions, ideally within the fleet, logistics, automotive, or energy management sectors.
Proven track record of defining and launching successful software products that have achieved significant market adoption and customer satisfaction.
Deep understanding of fleet operations, telematics, vehicle charging, or energy management systems.
Strong technical acumen, capable of engaging with engineering teams on complex architecture and technical trade-offs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also maintaining an acute attention to detail in execution.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
