Our foundation is built on open source and open standards, delivering unified visibility across disparate data sources. This role focuses on our critical enterprise customers, including industry giants like Anthropic, Bloomberg, and NVIDIA. As our Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will own the strategy and execution for how these large, complex organizations integrate, deploy, and manage Grafana Cloud. Your work will directly enable their success, ensuring reliability and empowering them to move at the speed of their ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evangelize the product vision: Establish a clear strategy and roadmap for enterprise deployment solutions, aligning with overall company objectives and customer needs.
Lead product lifecycle management: Drive all phases from ideation, discovery, and definition through development, launch, and post-launch iteration for key features.
Deeply understand enterprise requirements: Gather insights through customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to identify critical pain points and opportunities in enterprise deployments.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, solutions architects, and customer success teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Prioritize and manage the backlog: Translate strategic initiatives into detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring a healthy and prioritized development backlog.
Communicate with clarity: Articulate the product value, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external customers.
Be a thought leader: Stay abreast of industry trends in cloud deployment, enterprise IT, and observability, integrating best practices into our product strategy.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced product leader who possesses:

Extensive experience (8+ years) in product management, with a significant focus on enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
Proven expertise in managing complex deployment solutions for large organizations, including on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
A strong technical background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs.
Demonstrable experience with observability, monitoring, or analytics platforms is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
A track record of successful product launches and driving adoption within enterprise segments.
Experience working autonomously and effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
