We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to significantly influence the future direction of communities on Reddit. This remarkable opportunity involves shaping one of Reddit's most critical consumer experiences: how individuals find relevant communities, understand their place within them, connect with others, and participate in ways that strengthen these groups. You will take the lead on highly ambiguous, foundational initiatives that directly impact how Redditors engage and belong.

Key Responsibilities

Define the strategic vision, product roadmap, and execution plans for core community building experiences on Reddit.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, research, and operations, to deliver impactful products.
Identify user needs and market opportunities through extensive research, data analysis, and a deep understanding of Reddit's unique ecosystem.
Develop compelling product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Drive strong alignment across various product teams and stakeholders regarding strategic goals and product initiatives.
Evangelize the product vision and strategy throughout the organization, fostering a shared understanding and excitement.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth of the product management function.

Requirements

Significant experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of shipping successful consumer-facing products, ideally within social platforms or community-focused applications.
