If you are a visionary Staff Product Manager eager to blend strategic insight with hands-on leadership, and you thrive on connecting complex systems to deliver seamless, impactful experiences, then this is your moment. You will be at the heart of our mission, driving innovation that helps millions take their next big step.

Overview

Fuel50 is at the forefront of talent intelligence, offering a sophisticated platform that combines skills intelligence, dynamic talent marketplace experiences, and responsible AI. Our solutions help organizations build capability, understand workforce potential, and enable internal mobility like never before. We are searching for a highly experienced Staff Product Manager to spearhead our Connected Experiences pod. This critical role leads three distinct yet interconnected squads: Insights, MCP & API, and Integrations. Reporting directly to our Head of Product, you will be instrumental in owning the product vision, strategy, and overall outcomes for these central areas, which are key to Fuel50’s ambitious growth trajectory. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, allowing you to contribute from wherever you are.

You will play a pivotal role in evolving Fuel50 beyond a traditional SaaS application. Your leadership will define how our platform delivers connected, contextual, and portable work intelligence through advanced APIs, robust integrations, our Managed Career Pathways (MCP) framework, and innovative agent-to-agent protocols. Additionally, you will guide the evolution of Fuel50 Insights, empowering our customers to deeply understand the performance of their talent programs, identify critical skills gaps, uncover vital work intelligence signals, and ultimately make stronger, data-driven talent decisions. This is a senior product leadership position designed for someone who can translate an ambitious vision into clear, actionable priorities and practical, impactful roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap and execution for platform capabilities that deliver connected, contextual, and portable work intelligence across various channels and protocols.
  • Oversee the continuous evolution of Fuel50 Insights, enhancing its ability to provide actionable data for talent program performance, skills identification, and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate extensively with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and market adoption.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback synthesis to identify new opportunities and inform product enhancements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product areas, using data to measure success and inform future iterations.
  • Communicate complex product strategies and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a senior product management role, ideally as a Staff Product Manager or similar, with a proven track record of leading multiple teams.
  • Deep expertise in platform products, APIs, system integrations, and data insights within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in HR Tech, EdTech, or a related workforce solution space is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute complex product strategies, translating a high-level vision into detailed, actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and the application of AI in product development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
  • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
  • A customer-centric mindset, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving product landscape.

  • Work alongside a passionate, innovative, and supportive global team committed to excellence.
