Our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization has a multitude of pressing questions, far beyond what a simple dashboard can answer. We need your analytical prowess to dive deep. For example, is branded search genuinely attracting new customers, or is it merely capturing existing demand? Did our recent homepage redesign actually improve conversion, or did our traffic mix subtly shift? If we are contemplating several ambitious new bets, where should we strategically allocate our resources for the maximum impact? These kinds of big-picture inquiries demand an analyst who can critically examine a metric, meticulously trace its journey through the data warehouse, grasp the underlying business context, and transform that understanding into clear, strategic recommendations that propel our GTM strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

Lead in-depth investigations into complex GTM performance questions, moving beyond surface-level metrics to uncover root causes and opportunities.
Perform comprehensive analyses across marketing channels, sales funnels, and product adoption to identify key drivers of growth and areas for optimization.
Meticulously trace data lineage from raw collection to final reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout our warehouse infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to understand their strategic challenges and translate them into testable hypotheses and analytical projects.
Develop and present compelling, data-driven narratives and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing critical business decisions.
Design, implement, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to evaluate the effectiveness of new GTM initiatives and product features.
Proactively identify emerging trends, potential risks, and untapped opportunities within our market and customer base.

Requirements

Proven track record as a Staff Analyst or in a similar senior analytical role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
Exceptional proficiency in SQL, capable of writing complex, performant queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
Solid experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies, understanding how data is structured, transformed, and accessed.
Deep understanding of Go-To-Market strategies, including marketing attribution models, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
Expertise with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for identifying meaningful patterns in data.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, simplifying complex analytical findings for diverse audiences.
A proactive, curious, and independent mindset, thriving in a remote, self-managed work environment.
