Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary technical advisor and trusted consultant for SentinelOne's most strategic customers, especially those with advanced AI security requirements.
Lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of our AI-powered security platform within complex enterprise environments.
Deeply understand customer security postures, challenges, and objectives, translating these into effective technical solutions and deployment strategies.
Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams, providing critical field feedback to influence the development roadmap, particularly for AI features.
Conduct advanced technical training, workshops, and presentations for customer security teams on the capabilities and best practices of our AI platform.
Proactively identify and resolve technical obstacles, ensuring successful adoption and maximum value realization from SentinelOne solutions.
Contribute to the creation of best practices, reference architectures, and internal knowledge sharing around AI security deployments.

Requirements

Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in cybersecurity engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar forward-deployed technical role, with a strong emphasis on enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) concepts, including understanding of AI model deployment, security challenges in AI systems, and practical application of AI in security solutions.
Proven track record of successfully deploying and integrating complex security platforms within large, demanding customer infrastructures.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to quickly diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues under pressure.
Familiarity with a broad range of cybersecurity domains such as endpoint protection, cloud security, identity management, network security, and data protection.
