Key Responsibilities

Architect, build, and scale internal developer platforms that streamline how code goes from local machines to production.
Define the technical vision and roadmap for developer tooling, continuous integration pipelines, and deployment automation.
Partner closely with engineering teams across the globe to identify friction points and eliminate bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle.
Establish best practices for reliability, observability, and security across all internal developer workflows.
Mentor other engineers and act as a technical authority on modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps methodologies.

Requirements

Deep, hands-on experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure using modern tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling developer platforms or internal tooling for high-growth engineering organizations.
Strong background in designing robust CI/CD pipelines and improving developer velocity.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering culture.
