Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of challenging user experiences, translating complex problems into intuitive and elegant solutions.
Actively contribute to both the visual and interaction design of new features, ensuring a cohesive and delightful user journey.
Write high-quality, performant, and maintainable code for our web applications, bridging the gap between design vision and technical reality.
Influence architectural decisions and data model design based on a deep understanding of user experience and system capabilities.
Collaborate closely with product managers, fellow engineers, and designers to define and refine product direction.

Requirements

Proven track record of excellence in both product design (UX/UI) and front-end software engineering.
Demonstrated ability to take features from conceptual design through to polished, shippable code.
Strong understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript, etc.).
Experience designing and building complex, data-rich user interfaces.
A portfolio showcasing both your design sensibilities and your technical contributions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate design choices and technical trade-offs.
